Schapelle Corby continues to deny all knowledge of the drugs found in her boogie board bag, reiterating her innocence to authorities who are currently assessing her suitability for parole.
The prison document also says that Corby suffers from ‘‘medium depression’’.
Contrary to recent reports, The Gutter Trash can confirm that Corby’s parole application has not moved from the desk of the Bali justice department official who is required to sign it before it is sent to Jakarta.
It’s expected to move early next week.
Among the phalanx of different assessments required by the parole authorities is Corby’s answer to the question: ‘‘Motivation for committing the crime?’’.
The documents state that her answer was that she had no knowledge of the drugs’ existence’.
Since her arrest in 2004, the former Gold Coast beautician has denied any knowledge of the 4.2kg of marijuana in her boogie board bag, instead blaming Qantas baggage handlers for the stash.
Until recently, Indonesian law required a prisoner to admit to their crime before being eligible for parole. But after a prison riot and break-out in Medan in July it was clarified that the law was non-retrospective and did not apply to existing prisoners.
After a recent six-month sentence reduction, Corby can now expect to be back in Australia in September 2017, not March 2018 if she gets parole.
Meanwhile, Schapelle’s sister Mercedes Corby, continues to enjoy the high life – securing lucrative deals with New Idea magazine, the Women’s Weekly Channel Nine and Who Weekly – all while Schapelle lives a life of misery in a hellish nightmare that shows no signs of ending anytime soon.

I write fiction too.. That bogon clan is guilty and stupid. Its common knowledge that the baggage handlers were running all sorts of rackets for over 40 years. The Feds were onto them for years before the arrest. A calculated example was being made as a political statement and the corruption was pointed out to indo authorities (The Feds knew the caper in Bali).
The Howard government and Indonesia negotiated this well in advance. The indo’s had some pretty serious meth, MDMA and coke operations happening in the North that were shut down as they were using the same baggage handlers to flood the Aussie market.
There is more to the privatisation of Sydney Airport and its services than meets the eye in this regard. The Corby’s lerk was they were selling high potency Hydo @ $25 a gram to the tourists in Bali that was coming from the fathers connections in South Australia as opposed to the low strength local Bali bud.

well believe what you like, I make docos and I have a mate who was a baggage handler for thirty years on addition to another that was a senior LAME with the flying Kangaroo. There was a girl caught with E a few years back with a senior diplomats son, the Aussie Feds & CIA are all over indo and there is not much noise about the corruption blind eyes to the huge drug trade there. Personally I think it was a disgrace that the parents of one of the young men informed the Federal Police…the parents did this because they expected the police to disrupt the smuggling, all the Feds did was inform their Indonesian counterparts, who arrested them and sought the death penalty.
That’s a great outcome to encourage parents to use the police for help.
