Julie Bishop calls Tanya Plibersek a “”bitch” in Parliament!

September 11, 2015

Australia’s Foreign Affairs Minister Lady Julie Bishop has been caught on camera calling Deputy Leader of the Opposition Tanya Plibersek “a bitch” in Parliament.

In the video from Tuesday’s parliamentary sitting Bishop can be seen uttering the colourful term Ms Plibersek interrupted Prime Minister Tony Abbott.

Plibersek had asked a question about humanitarian aid to Syria but was clearly not happy with Abbott’s response.

Labor MP Nick Champion told The Gutter Trash that Bishop definitely said it.

“Oh come on. Well what do you think the foreign minister is saying about Tanya Plibersek?” he said.

Bishop and Plibersek have long endured a tempestuous relationship, with the Foreign Minister recently accusing Plibersek of supporting a “terrorists’ picnic” in Syria.

Plibersek had argued that Australia’s assistance should primarily be “humanitarian”.

“I was shocked to learn that the Deputy Leader of the Opposition has broken ranks and is now attacking government policy on the fight against terrorism,” Julie Bishop told Parliament.

“The member for Sydney wants Australia’s Defence Forces to cease the air strikes against Daesh (Islamic State) and she wants our fighter jets to drop food hampers over Syria. And guess who’ll end up feasting on them? A terrorists’ picnic.”

Plibersek hit back at Bishop’s accusation describing the suggestion she had advocated for food hampers as a “pathetic lie”.

It’s all part of the Adult Government.

I suppose the second link more highlights what we all suspect they say when they assume the cameras aren’t rolling &/or the microphones aren’t on. Bolt has already mounted a sneering rearguard defence of that one, which is destroyed by the fact that, if they were indeed not mocking the concerns of Pacific Nations re AGW, then why the fuck did Morrison highlight to the pair of oblivious, arrogant dipshits that the boom mic was indeed on? if not because he knew that such things weren’t fit for the public record.

    Politically autistic morons.

If people have taken offence then they should accept my apology. – See more at: https://newmatilda.com/2015/09/13/14-greatest-moments-abbott-government-apologies#sthash.1FTPNxuL.dpuf

Not sure that’s how apologies work pete. But, none of these conservative dicks seem to understand it.

    Adults in charge?

Foreign Minister Julie Bishop……………… quite visible sneers “bitch” for Plibersek having the temerity to ask what Australia hopes to achieve militarily in Syria.

She called her a “bitch” for asking what we are trying to achieve by going to war?

What goes through these peoples minds? How bereft of any kind of morals are they?

She’s not call the Asbestos Queen for nothing I guess.

You include Snowden too, right? “You would think the foreign minister might actually think before she opens her big fat trap and says stupid things”

Of course, Tom R. Of course you don’t get that there might be anything wrong at all about a statement from an ALP pollie.

    So, no clarity?

Do I take it from your comment, that you don’t think asking the grubmint what Australia hopes to achieve militarily in Syria is a pertinent question of an ‘adult’ grubmint?

Should they just accept assurances from a grubmint who has become so … trustowrthy?

Trustworthy? Have they? When? … looks a clock … such an historical event must be recorded assiduously!

It’s ok, I found it, and it’s bolt diving into the “look at them, not us”

Like “big fat trap” is akin to “bitch”?

That’s just pathetic sb, no wonder you didn’t want to link it.

after the teabag leadership spill, l know which office joolee went to, and who she called a bitch, probably `prefixed` with `get-fcuked`

Go on say something, you'll feel better...
