“No rights for those on Welfare” says Pauline Hanson

December 10, 2020

Ex-convict and former Dancing With The Stars contestant Pauline Hanson has told parliament that the Government’s so-called “cash card” for poor people is ‘not about talking about a person’s rights’, because welfare recipients ‘have already lost them’.

‘What the government’s cash card is about ensuring this money is spent on food, clothing, essentials that they need; that their rent is paid,’ she said.

‘When you go on this card you basically lose your rights. When you go on the welfare system you’ve lost your rights.’

This may come as a surprise to her many elderly supporters who rely on the Age Pension to fund their white bread lifestyles.

Hanson, who apparently is in the midst of a self-imposed ban on buying anything made in China, chose to commemorate the occasion wearing a bizarre outfit she evidently whipped up at home on the Pfaff using leftover scraps from her “Stasi” uniform and a clown costume.

When you go on this card you basically lose your rights.

Yes, this part is true. Which is just one of the issues with it

When you go on the welfare system you’ve lost your rights.’

This is just normal, racist poorlene being a normal, racist porlene. Someone who has lived off the taxpayer dollars most of her life, STOLEN from the taxpayer, and devolved our politics even further than the the well known racist howard ever dreamed off.

Heads up, it’s NOT welfare, it’s SOCIAL SECURITY!

Giving politicians a pension while at the same time flying them around the planet at further taxpayer expense to try and land them a cushy job they don’t even have the credentials for is WELFARE!

“Giving politicians a pension while at the same time flying them around the planet at further taxpayer expense to try and land them a cushy job they don’t even have the credentials for is WELFARE!”

Indeed! Where’s the outrage from the usual RWNJs over a former Minister charging taxpayers $4000 an hour for his globetrotting job application – and that’s just the cost of the transportation – christ knows what else he’s slugging us for.

All with Frydenberg and Morrison cheerleading from the sidelines.

    IT’S A DISGRACE!!

I see, reb, is demsonstrating his deep knowledge and experience again … how many would know what a Pfaff was? Or the Stasi?

The grubmint continue to punish the poor, while rewarding the rich.

We truly live in a land of dumbnuts. So many ‘friends’ of mine keep voting this lot in, then keep blaming Labor for how poorly they are going.

Yes, they are addicted to tv news 😦

I’m just pointing out how successful the full court press of misinformation is. When they blame Labor for them not getting much tax back … and it’s because the libs keep taking it, not Labor, then something is wrong.

I even had one who ‘discovered’ how much his super was ripping him off, and how he had discovered this thing called ‘industry’ super was so much better.

I told his it was a Union thing, he has kept him money with the lot he knows is ripping him off, so much is hatred of Unions. How petty, and how stupid, even though, throughout his working life, they have done far more for him than anybody else has. It’s just that others have done the heavy lifting, and he has read and listened to conservative news

Yep the Murdoch cavalry are in a constant state of rage to win the next election at all costs … I notice that the insults “commie”, “socialists” “teh left” get thrown about quite a lot on right wing “news” platforms … guess we should start returning the compliment with fascists …

The political ignorance is widespread … a comment on another site, I read this morning, told us all that, “communism began in 1918”, tell that to the Russians, only one year out, I suppose but still a false statement … in fact Communism (Marxism) was born in the 1800s … with the Communist Manifesto.

Dougie Cameron was Ian MCDonald’s little mate who made sure McDonald retained his pre-selection even though his corruption was well known by then. And by some coincidence Cameron also voted consistently against the establishment of a federal ant-corruption watchdog.

No surprise then that he is now attacking the enemies of his corrupt commo confreres. He never had a shred of integrity – seems he was just another whinging pom shop steward who greased his way through trade union ranks to the Senate in the classic Labor mates tradition.

Congratulations to my American friends – you’ve just elected a corrupt senile kiddie fiddler as president. The big winners are China (who has already bought and paid for Biden) Iran and Kamala Harris. The losers are Hong Kong, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, the Arab countries of the Middle East and Israel. This is a great victory for communism and terrorism!

Trump was never in Russia’s pocket. But Hillary and Obama were – they pressed the reset button with Russia, removed defensive missiles at Russia’s behest, let the Russians annex parts of Ukraine and refused to give Ukraine arms to defend itself against Russia.

Obama told Putin he would have more “flexibility” in his second term.

And a Putin-connected Russian oligarch paid $3.5 million to Biden’s crackhead son for “consultancy services”.

    FACT!

Scott Morrison’s department and his political office have rejected freedom of information requests for access to taxpayer-funded research undertaken by Jim Reed, a long-term researcher for Liberal party pollster Crosby Textor.

Reed, who now runs his own agency, Resolve Strategic, was awarded a $541,750 contract by limited tender in April to undertake market research related to Covid-19 for the prime minister’s department.

Another contract of similar value was awarded to Reed by the Treasury on a recommendation from Morrison’s department. Officials have confirmed the market research has been shared with both the prime minister and treasurer’s offices.

Guardian Australia requested access to the market research and correspondence pertaining to it, but Morrison’s department rejected the application on a number of grounds, including that disclosure would “substantially prejudice the Australia government’s ability and capacity to effectively respond to the most critical issues facing Australia at the current time”.

Labor separately lodged a request with Morrison’s office, seeking Reed’s research reports, and was also rebuffed with similar reasoning.

    “Or just downright confusin’

Not confusing at all: Two socialist regimes, one national the other international, made common cause under the Hitler–Stalin Pact. When those two had a tiff, Western lefties chose the Stalinist socialists rather than the National Socialists, turned on a dime and decided it was OK to fight Hitler after all.

Go on say something, you'll feel better...
