GHISLAINE “JIZZ” MAXWELL FACES LIFE BEHIND BARS AFTER GUILTY VERDICT!

December 30, 2021

British socialite Ghislaine “Jizz” Maxwell has been found guilty of sex trafficking.

In what was described as the “trial of the century”, the jury heard how Maxwell lured girls as young as 14 for billionaire Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse and even joined in the abuse herself.

After six days of deliberation, a jury of six men and six women found the British socialite guilty on five of six counts.

  • Count one – GUILTY: Conspiracy to entice minors to travel to engage in illegal sex acts
  • Count two – NOT GUILTY: Enticement of a minor to travel to engage in illegal sex acts
  • Count three – GUILTY: Conspiracy to transport minors with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity
  • Count four – GUILTY: Transportation of a minor with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity
  • Counts five – GUILTY: Conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors
  • Count six – GUILTY:Sex trafficking of minors

Maximum sentences for each charge

  • Count one – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count two – (not guilty) maximum sentence of five years
  • Count three – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count four – maximum sentence of 10 years
  • Counts five – maximum sentence of five years
  • Count six – maximum sentence of 40 years

She now faces a sentence of up to 65 years in prison.

VERDICT SPELLS BAD NEWS FOR PRINCE ANDREW

A legal source connected with Maxwell’s case told The Gutter Trash a guilty verdict in the case could spell trouble for the beleaguered royal.

“This could be bad news for Prince Andrew and other high-profile men who hung out with Ghislaine and Jeffrey Epstein,” the source said.

“It is possible she will begin to cooperate and tell what she knows in an attempt to lessen her jail term.

“We know that prosecutors are looking at other co-conspirators in connection with Jeffrey Epstein’s child sex ring.

“Ghislaine undoubtedly possesses information which could assist prosecutors in other cases. If she decides to co-operate, her testimony could be devastating.

“She was Epstein’s right-hand woman for years, imagine what she knows?”

Looks like Bill Clinton and the others in the “little black book” (which has been sealed by the Court) will skate. This time the Clinton’s good fortune was at the hands of Jim Comey’s daughter. She is the second generation of Comey to loyally serve the Klintoon Crime Syndicate. Jim had previously written the DoJ opinion saying “nothing to see here” about Bill’s pardon of mega donor Mark Rich. It was also Jim who excused Crooked’s criminal server shenanigans – even though it was up to the A-G to decide whether to bring charges, not the head of the FBI.

While it would be good if a few of the perverts were charged and jailed, it would be even better if the real reason Epstein and Maxwell were compromising world leaders became known.

It would be nice to think that Ghislaine would sing, but she will no doubt be aware of the suicide of the senior partner in Hilary’s law firm before he was due to give evidence of Crooked’s wrongdoing. She would acutely aware of Epstein’s “suicide” and also of Seth Rich’s murder.

It’s funny that whenever information about the rich and powerful is about to be leaked there is a convenient death or suicide. Deborah Jeane Palfrey, the infamous DC Madam, committed suicide before she made her client list public. It seems that when the good and the great are involved (or even just Hunter Biden) inconvenient facts never see the light of day.

I gather that Marque lawyers ae dedicated ALP arse-lickers. No surprise there – leftism is the religion of the upper middle classes these days. In addition, most of the legal profession are hideous pricks. That is what they get paid to do – win at all costs. But a few of them try to pretend that they are decent and interesting people.

This particular specimen, Michael Bradley, at least does a good line in self-deprecating humour:

“Regarded by some as the idiot savant of the legal profession …

Apart from his well-deserved reputation as a shameless self-promoter, Michael is actually a lawyer too. His expertise is in Trade Practices and intellectual property, and he does stuff like fending off price fixing allegations by the ACCC against international airlines, merger authorisations, advertising vetting and compliance programs. Big copyright cases and some celebrity litigation too, but he doesn’t like to mention it much.

As managing partner of Marque, Michael is treated by all the staff with a complete lack of respect, just the way he likes it. He says he’s “happy as a clam” and only regrets that the Spice Girls aren’t together any more.”

Bradley casts himself as a writer and a lawyer. This is somewhat of a trend among lawyers with enough self-awareness to realise that law is a profession of dickheads and feel the need to try to humanise themselves take this specimen for example:

Lawyer, poet and activist, Stewart Levitt has released a poetry book entitled “We Mortals” available now on Amazon.

One look at the insufferable twerp may well result in neck injury as you jerk your head away from his nauseatingly smug countenance.

And this one looks to be truly special:

    Monica Davidson
    Doyenne / Director

Monica is the boss, and also very bossy. She is the lead business advisor for C+B, our key consultant and conducts most of our workshops. If left alone for too long she also comes up with most of our zaniest new ideas. Monica loves working with more experienced businesses and arts organisations. She is our keynote specialist and the loudest person in the office. She adores salty language, and has no idea where the tea towels live, even after all this time.

Likes: Karaoke. Pink Champagne. Funky earrings that tell their own story. Amateur interpretive dance. Stationery. Llamas.

Dislikes: Defensiveness. Lateness. Stories that don’t make sense. Being in nature. Small narrow minds. Red Wine.

FFS, the mongrel doesn’t even like red wine!

People can’t legally enter Australia without a visa which is issued by the Federal government. It’s the feds that have the power. See Section 51 of the Constitution if in any doubt.

Regardless, people’s trust in representative government (including concept of) is further eroded. And at a time when the need for effective collective action, via government, is badly needed.

One wonders what KIA must be thinking? Perhaps the Movement that inspires will be given new meaning(s)?

Nevertheless, perhaps this naming and shaming Principle can be universalised ? So, in the future, bank robbers, thugs, con-men et al will suffer the indignity of being named and shamed but not fined nor imprisoned? There the legal jeopardy will all end? QED.

Always interesting to see how Morrison chooses his words so very carefully.

Morrison was asked about the decision to grant Djokovic an exemption on Wednesday and pinned responsibility on the Victorian government.

“Well, that is a matter for the Victorian government. They have provided him with an exemption to come to Australia, and so we then act in accordance with that decision,”

Does that mean that if refugees get an exemption from a State then Morrison will act in accordance with that decision?

    That’s a pretty good guess.

Here’s a summary of sorts re Section 51 of the Constitution

Section 51 of the Constitution of Australia enumerates the legislative powers granted to Federal Parliament by the Australian States at Federation. … Australian States may still enact legislation upon the topics in section 51; but Federal law prevails to the extent of any conflict of laws.

Further. Glad to see an interest in how government(s) (broadly defined) actually works. There are 39 subsections, each referred to as a ‘head of power’ under which the national parliament is empowered to make laws.

The Prime Minister was asked by reporters on Wednesday afternoon if he personally supported the decision to grant Djokovic an exemption. He warned the tennis star could find himself “on the next plane home” if he can’t provide sufficient evidence as to why he is unable to be vaccinated.

“My view is that any individual seeking to enter Australia must comply with our border requirements,” Morrison said.

“Now when Novak Djokovic arrives in Australia — I’m not quite sure when he’s going to turn up but I don’t think it’s too far away — He has to because if he’s not vaccinated, he must provide acceptable proof that he cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and be able to access the same travel arrangements as fully vaccinated travellers.

“So we await his presentation and what evidence he provides to support that.

Well i found this about the Victorian govts role in getting Novak Djokovic in to Australia

    https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-01-04/novak-djokovic-says-received-an-exemption-to-enter-australia/100738536

The statement said Djokovic had received the exemption following “a rigorous review process involving two separate independent panels of medical experts.”

“One of those was the Independent Medical Exemption Review Panel appointed by the Victorian Department of Health. They assessed all applications to see if they met the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) guidelines,” the statement read……..
But Djokovic received a reprieve last month when Victorian Premier Dan Andrews and Tennis Australia moved to have an independent panel established to preside over requests for a medical exemption against having the COVID-19 vaccination.

Dear oh dear, someone has a reading comprehension problem. From the provided link, yes the Victorian government and Tennis Australia co-operated in finding ways for Novak to be allowed entry into a tennis tournament. But they have (and never had) any power over the granting of a particular (and peculiar) visa – required for entry into Australia.

Novak Djokovic’s visa cancellation and possible deportation has become a scarifying issue for Australian sport and the federal government, a political break point thanks to the inattention and ignorance of the prime minister, Scott Morrison.

On Wednesday, he duck-shoved responsibility for the world No 1 being allowed into Australia unvaccinated.

“Well, that is a matter for the Victorian government. They have provided him with an exemption to come to Australia, and so we then act in accordance with that decision,” he told reporters, clearly not knowing what he was talking about.

By Thursday, he had been educated on the matter and announced in muscular fashion it was a federal government matter, and the Serbian was out – one of the highest-profile figures ever to be punted from Australia.

The home affairs minister, Karen Andrews, might have been Morrison’s educator on the matter, as she issued a statement – headed “Australia’s border rules apply to everyone” – contradicting the prime minister’s Wednesday press conference ramble.

“While the Victorian Government and Tennis Australia may permit a non-vaccinated player to compete in the Australian Open, it is the Commonwealth Government that will enforce our requirements at the Australian border,” Andrews said in part of a statement.

Djokovic had a visa to get to Australia. What happened when he got here is one thing, but clearly he boarded an aircraft with Australian-issue credentials saying he had a right to land here.

[Marisse] Payne will be pressed to explain where and how that visa was issued when there are so many restrictions on the travel of vaccinated Australians.

    It’s quite straightforward Neil…

The Federal Govt is responsible for Australia’s borders and issued Novak a visa to arrive in Australia.

When Novak arrived in Australia with said visa, he was cleared to enter Australia by the Immigration Dept (A Federal Govt entity).

The Federal Govt subsequently decided his visa wasn’t valid.

Whether he sought and/or received an ‘exemption’ from the vaccination requirements in order to play in The Australian Open from Tennis Australia is fairly irrelevant, if the Aus Federal Govt decided his visa was no longer valid, then he should not have been allowed to enter the country in the first place.

This is a Federal Govt balls up, but some people can quite seem to grasp it.

It seems that few here understand how on line visas work. They’re generally issued in good faith, and subject to the holder being able to justify their claims upon entry.
For example, in entering the USA you will usually be issued with an ESTA in the basis of your on line application.
If you say you have no criminal record, they won’t check, but if prior to your arrival they find you have a record, you’ll be denied entry at the gate.
It is always up to the applicant for a visa to satisfy the requirements of the country they plan to visit.
Some here are unable to understand that

    What a couple of tossers.
Overseas, front line workers have been under genuine pressure. Overburdened ICU and having to make decisions about whether to admit patients. That hasn’t happened here.
With 4000 deaths from the flu and pneumonia there was more pressure on the health system a few years ago.
Here, front line health workers have experienced the pressure of the possibility of an outbreak, and the endless media stories about how bad it all is.

As I said, you have no idea. Yes, we have had very bad years for the flu, sometimes it comes close to critical mass. We are at critical mass now with Covid, and the numbers continue to rise.

Covid-19 has added a new dimension to all emergency departments in Australia. The advent of the Omicron/Delta wave of late 2021-22 has put immense strain on these sections of the health workforce due to sheer patient load.

Queensland hospitals ‘stretched to breaking point’ and not ready for Covid, AMA says

“Frustrated” Queensland doctors have developed their own plan to fix a hospital system they say is “stretched to breaking point”, as the state prepares for more Covid cases when border restrictions relax, AAP reports.

Questions are being raised about capacity to handle surges in demand brought on by the reopening of borders to Covid-19 hotspots and the impending cyclone season.

“Our public hospital system is stretched to breaking point and our staff are worn out,” the Australian Medical Association Queensland ‘Ramping Roundtable’ chair Kim Hansen said.

There are not enough beds and there are not enough staff. It is as simple as that.

Dutton was a ‘copper’ with time in the drug squad. Like lots of his colleagues, he became frustrated with the judicial branch of government. You know – we arrest them and the judges let them go.

If you study the legislation he introduces, invariably he makes the final arbiter (for appeals) ‘the Minister’ and not the judicial branch. In short, he doesn’t trust the judiciary.

(In Cabinet, Brandis even reported one of Dutton’s outburst re certain legislation “Don’t let things go to the Courts because they might let (the accused) off!”

    Even Brandis was shocked.)

In short, Dutton doesn’t like the Separation of Powers doctrine.

Andrews very clearly said he would not be applying for an exception. If someone is technically vaccinated, as Novax appears to have been, then that doesn’t change what he has said. His words show that, had Novax not been provided an exception, he would not be applying for one, but Novax got an exception, and all Tennis Australia and Vic committee did was apply the rules.

If I’m digging, then it’s in your hole 😉

  296. January 11, 2022 8:06 pm

The above illustrates that ‘facts’ while necessary (indeed essential) in any debate, they are never sufficient in themselves. The problem, in part at least, is that ‘facts’ are always almost infinite in number.

As any historian will attest, the problem is not the shortage of facts but their overabundance. Indeed, it’s what (facts) to leave out rather than what to include. Then there’s the further problem(s) of the weight and the meaning(s) to be attributed once a selection’s been made.

  297. January 11, 2022 8:07 pm

The economy doesn’t work if people can’t work. So the first economic priority during a pandemic must be to keep people healthy enough to keep working, producing, delivering and buying.

That some political and business leaders have, from the outset of COVID-19, consistently downplayed the economic costs of mass illness, reflects a narrow, distorted economic lens. We’re now seeing the result – one of the worst public policy failures in Australia’s history.

Ok, one last attempt for those who are intellectually challenged…

Let’s say I’m an overseas student and apply to do a course at TAFE and get accepted.

When I arrive in Australia, the Immigration dept refuses entry because I don’t have the correct visa to study in Australia.

The fact that I don’t have the correct visa isn’t TAFE’s fault.

I hope this helps those who are a bit slow on the uptake.

Apologies in advance if it doesn’t but I don’t have the crayons to explain it any simpler terms.

Yes, as I said the objective of vaccination was to turn covid into the flu.
For the European Union, the U.S. and Latin America, the latest case fatality rate is 0.5%, 0.4% and 0.3%, respectively, down from a high of 4% to 7% during the Delta wave in June. If we add in the legions of asymptomatic, mild and untested cases, the true Omicron mortality is likely around 0.2%, roughly in line with seasonal flu.

So we got lucky, being an island, and were able to flatten the curve when the most lethal variants were around.

The question now is whether the pandemic ends because we get herd immunity from infection with newer and hopefully less lethal strains or because we get herd immunity from having jabs every six months? Given that Covid is a respiratory virus, regular jabs like with the flu seems likely.

At the moment “immunity” from the vaccine seems to be more about lessening symptoms than preventing contagion.
