Man Grows Nose on Forehead
September 26, 2013
A Chinese man whose nose was left deformed in a car crash has grown a new one on his forehead.
The 22-year-old known only as Xialian was involved in car accident last year, but failed to seek treatment.
As a result, his nose became infected leaving doctors unable to repair it.
Instead, surgeons went with Plan B: to grow a new one.
By using cartilage from Xialian’s ribs, doctors inserted a “tissue expander” cut into the shape of a nose onto his forehead, and then left it to grow for a period of nine months.
Surgeons say transplant surgery will be carried out soon to remove the “nose” from his forehead and re-position it where it belongs on the middle of his face.

The current position appears to be a great innovation.
°Runny noses no longer a bother, it flows back
°Savings on tissues
°Snoring relief
°Flies easier to expel
°Romantic- nose doesn’t interfere with kissing
°Hygienic moustache- not clogged with snot
All in all, a great innovation, I’m now considering having mine repositioned.
Why didn’t they just use a mouse …?
Silly me its China … mice end up in dinner pots!
Thats nothing prissy pyne has a dick on his head
