July 31, 2017
And here we have another scintillating installation in our sporadic series of home grown movie reviews specifically designed for the attention span challenged.
So yesterday The Gutter Trash went along to see the third instalment in the Planet of The Apes saga.
Caesar dies in the end.
The end.

mmmm, was it worth it reb?
“Catholic Church: Women Are To Blame For Pedophile Priests”
The beginning and end were good, but everything in between was a bit dull.
😄 😋
Maybe I’ll give it a miss then, I think I’ve only ever seen one of those PoTA movies anyway!
Oh, fuck! Not another Planet of the Apes … !
Caesar dies in the end.
Don’t tell me … he’s got a son?

Shouldn’t this be at the beginning? (Although it is PoTA so irrelevant anyway)
I can tell what the problem is with the Catholic Church … Catholics …
What a bizarre tale you brought us, KL …
Don’t know about you but I don’t know whether to laugh at fume at such naïve comments from such a (supposedly) senior Cardinal … pathetic …
In the Blue Corner: Terror Threat! Gay Marriage Plebiscite! Crossing The Floor for Equality!
In The Red Corner: Shorten is Out to Get Small Business! Attacks Trust Funds!* Negative Gearing!
Anyone else see a smokescreen here?
As for churnalists … Smoke Gets In Your Eyes!
*I heard you on Lateline, Emma! 🙄 “attacks”
The Chooks are Coming Home to Roost … the Eggs (Heads?????) Will Start to Drop Soon!
This is the renew of `Battle` for the planet of the primates, l take it. l`ve only seen the Wahlberg primate `remake` in full, caught part of the other, great monkey effects, but l still reckon the original Heston primates was the best. The remakes seem to rely on effects and lose story-line to me. The films of the early 1970s were so forward looking and accurate. l always enjoyed in the Heston film, — the minister for science honor bound to expand the fronteer of knowledge, and also the chief defender of the faith, keeper of the dark, dirty secrets — scene in the film. For some reason, it makes me think of limited-news.
“Don’t tell me … he’s got a son?”
If I told you it might reveal a significant element of the plot.
But, yes.
The films of the early 1970s were so forward looking and accurate
Of course …
+++++++++++++++++++++
But, yes.
Don’t tell me … they called him ………… Caesarion?
The films of the early 1970s were so forward looking and accurate
Except of course to the original novel, which the wallberg(?) one more closely ….. apes
I hear a tewwawist is free. That didn’t take long.
Not that I don’t doubt nasty people are planing nasties but … the glaring headlines and flag draped announcements of (secret) operations is just nauseating.
How many of these headlines have actually been charged I wonder?
btw I did hear a review that said the guy who played ceaser, along with the cgi people, were fantastic, but the guy who played woody harrelson was terrible.
